Default SEC Advisory Committee on Smaller Public Companies

The Commission established the SEC Advisory Committee on Smaller Public Companies to assess the current regulatory system for smaller companies under the securities laws, including the impact of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The Advisory Committee has been charged with making recommendations for changes in the system by April 2006. You may contact the Committee by e-mail at acspc@sec.gov or submit a written statement for consideration by the Committee to rule-comments@sec.gov and referring to File Number 265-23 on the subject line.
