Default Records Management & The Immutability Test

I came across a recent article "Operational Risk - Records Management, an Evil Sarbanes Necessity" talking about the importance of “immutability”, or the assurance that electronic data has not been changed over time and offers the assurance of integrity. As we learn to live with Sarbanes Oxley and the host of new compliance legislation affecting organizations, this issue of records maintenance will increasingly be a central question.

INQUIRY
